It grieves me to ...

It grieves me to write a bad report about any company, however I have had many dealings with this store and have a few notable poor services experiences. One in particular involved a very expensive dive scooter which I bought new from this store. It did not work when I received it and I tried to talk to the store staff to see if they could do something about it and they refused, always shifting the blame to someone else. I will never again buy anything from this store again due to all the problems I have had, including getting a new dry suit and all new gear from them. After months of waiting for my order to come in I found out directly from the supplier that the order hadn't actually been placed. In the end, the suit was ordered but had problems and had to go back to the factory.
