Preston, the store manager of Pearl st. location.. this individual is more than excited to slander and belittle consumers in store over minor invocations. Today, me and my collegue had walked down to the Pearl Street location to return an item that had been sold "as is" however the front desk attendant had told me : "you have thirty days to return it for any reason within 30 days if i was not happy with the product " . Well he banned me from the store because i said i would report him to owners.

Bought a console ...

Bought a console from here only to find that it was broken upon returning home. Brought it back and they checked it out, confirmed it didn't work and gave us a new console. One of the employees made a comment about "don't break this one too" when handing the new one over. Extremely offensive considering the inconvience of having to walk back and forth due to their inability to sell a working product. Also, we have witnessed this same employee being rude to several customers, and when a friend spoke up about his behaviour our friend was banned from the store. Overall, I'd say this place has terrible customer service and I personally will not shop here again.
