Same as everybody else - this is the worst customer service ever. You want to know whats going on with an order? Well unless youre willing to drive down to the store physically, you can forget about that. Be prepared to encounter zero response when you call your local store and extensive wait time when you call the national customer service line. Whats my in store guarantee gonna be like? Blocking out your phone lines is not a solution for being busy
No one answers the phone. Customer service is poor. We were told that our item would be shipped to the store within 3-5 business days and when we called to find out about our shipment, the woman told us that our package had come and had been returned back. When asked why she simply said she did not know and if we wanted we could come into the store and get a refund and go buy it at another best buy. How is that your first option to telL a client. How about you find out what happened?

1.Jai payé 600$ pour un ordinateur qui est extrêmement lent
2.Jai payé 600$ pour un ordi qui ralentit fréquemment & qui gèle souvent au point ou je dois souvent fermer mon ordinateur pour le repartir
3.Le son fonctionne pas & jai acheté un speaker pour bien entendre les films
J encourage les gens à boycotter BestBuy pour les forcer à améliorer la qualité de leur produit & à baisser le prix de leurs produits
