Be sure to check your deliveries! More than once have I tried this service thinking they would improve but they SUCK! They will mark your order as delivered when its not. I made a birthday delivery April 30th and Its May 6th still no delivery. You call the 1-800 number on the site, they say they dont have customer service & only take orders and hang up on you! You use the live chat and you can only push limited buttons to receive help with no place to type the actual matter for solutions!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would use it. Valentines day flowers not delivered. No customer service. Live chat is not live. No information about the delivery. Read the reviews.... this place is the WORST!

J ai payé un extra pour livraison le jour même et ils n ont pas livré avant 17:00 tel que promis. J ai tenté de contacter le service à la clientèle par téléphone et même si j ai choisi l option français, c est un agent anglophone qui répond et qui nous dit allez sur le livechat si vous voulez parler a quelqu’un en français et raccroche! Evidemment, même sur le livechat personne ne parle français et ils ne viennent pas a bout de vous aider avec votre commande même si vous parlez en anglais.

Horrible, never order from this company. my fiancé ordered me a bouquet of flowers in a vase for my birthday. I received the flowers 2 days early thrown in a box. No vase, no water, the flowers were limp, when I tried to call, the company is not available for calls or live chat, so you can’t even contact someone to get your order fixed/money back. Worst experience ever.
