The customer service at this location is exceptional! I am always welcomed into the store with a positive attitude. The ladies in Concord are very helpful and it is evident they care about their customers! Thank you for your hard work :)

About a month ago I went into this location and one of the staff named rose noticed I was having troubles deciding on makeup. She asked me if I needed help with anything and I told her I wasn't sure which foundation to use and which colour because I always get the colour wrong. She spent a couple minutes with me trying on different colours and chose one that best fit my skin type (that being dry). Never in my life have I experienced such great customer service! She was soo helpful and knowledgable. Definitely would go back to this specific location.
