Nancy at Flowers on York is what customer service is all about. I called from Montreal to have flowers sent to my mother in Stratford, she was incredibly helpful, the flowers were breathtakingly beautiful, and she did everything she could to make this a wonderful experience for my mom before Christmas. An absolute gem. Do visit this shop, she's a treasure.

I live in Toronto and have used the services of Listowel Florist 3 times in the past 6 years for funeral arrangements. I have given basic preferences as to flower types and my budget over the phone. In all 3 occassions, the arrangements supplied were beautiful and well beyond my expectations. These people are honest, reliable and produce an exceptional product.

I have been using this Florist for many years. I live in BC and my Mother lives in Mossley. For Mothers's Day, Birthdays and other times of the year they are perfect for delivering flowers to my mum. Their service is excellent, flowers are always fresh and perfect and delivery is always as promised. They do appear to very busy at times and a little short in the way they talk to you and also somewhat pricey. However, if you want good product and service you have to pay for it. Highly recommend.

She has always given me the most beautiful flower arrangements. They are artistically done, much better than any bouquets I have ever seen in this city before. Plus they last for weeks! I haven't had a single bouquet of her's die within a week of being bought. Great service, incredible flowers and incredible prices. I would highly recommend Joy of Flowers.
