Awesome Customer Service. My wife and I purchased a sofa bed and 2 recliners. Upon delivery, we discovered an issue with the sofa bed (wrong pattern) and an issue with a recliner (configuration). Both issues were manufacturing and not because of EHF. What impressed us was the courteous professionalism we encountered while reaching a resolution. The sofa bed pattern was corrected and delivered. The recliner target date 1 Nov 2019. Because of Mike-Cust svc and Jessica-sales, our go to is EHF.

Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!
