There are many thrift stores in town but none holds a candle to this one. The store is well organized and looks very professional but also easy to find what your looking for. The furniture is a higher quality and in good shape. The volunteer staff is always friendly. It loses a star because sometimes the merchandise seems a little overpriced. I will be in soon to check out the furniture!

My wife was shopping on the 50% saving day at the Niagara Falls store, my wife found a bargain but it was not priced she asked a sales associate (Terryl) if she would get the item priced. Terryl promptly returned with item priced, Terryl was so pleasant and helpful which makes shopping at Value Village such pleasure.
