Friendly Owner. Respectful. Clean work and efficient. Was able book an appointment relatively quick to have my old water tank removed and a new one installed (2 days). Quick to reply to VM. Price was average. I could have gone with a quote 200 dollars less than what I paid but the positive friendly conversation when I first spoke to the owner, and the overall positive experience was what sold me.
