I purchased the extended protection plan with my eyewear. It was among the best decisions I've made as a consumer. Lenscrafters is an all-around great company. They provide the gift of sight to the financially challenged. Before I rose above the poverty line, Lenscrafters gift of sight program for glasses when I was down and out and without a home. The staff were very helpful and informative, which was great as it was my first eye appointment. They took the time to help me pick out a great pair of glasses and answered all my questions. I was there on a Saturday and got a call my glasses were ready the following Friday.

Bought two pairs of Maui Jim sun glasses from Thomas of Midgate Optical last year. The glasses themselves are great, as all Maui Jim users would agree. Thomas was very helpful and very helpful.
This week, I bought another pair of Sports glasses from Midgate Optical. They fit perfectly. I got the prescription glasses put on plus transition to grey in the outdoor.

I believe this is the best optical store in New West! My familys eyewear needs were all taken care of. They have a great selection, even for kids too! And they did direct billing for us so less work for busy parents.

We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.
