The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. Because of my experience with this business, I have become a repeat customer.

Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Really good company, I have recommended them to anyone who asks about repairs.

Very pleased with overall service especially when outfit (Sears!) where I bought the unit couldn't set up a service appointment for 5 days and then I would have had to pay fee for showing up and confirm what I already knew-compressor was bad; then who knows how long to repair. Called All Tech and Perry was able to order the compressor and install within a day. Said it would take a couple of hours and he rearranged his schedule to fix it on a Friday evening!Price and service fee were fair-much better that buying a new refrigerator- 1 year warranty on service and compressor. Recommended.
