One of their call agents contacted me last december because i was trying to rent out my condo in Kitchener. They went through all the information regarding their services and how it worked. I was convinced that maybe it would be best if i went with Royal York pm since their tenant screening service was very efficient. I was able to get a tenant for my condo in 5 days!! i found the service for leasing my property through Royal York Property Management to be reliable. thee agents were knowledgeable and facilitated the process. there were a few minor delays in communication, but overall, the service met my expectations
