    One of the worse companies I dealt with. Both unresponsive and unprofessional. Slow to respond and miss appointments.

    Miserable experience as tenants, ended up paying more taxes, fees, and deposits than originally discussed. Fees were high, impossible to get anyone on the phone, maintenance request system was useless, and I ended up by-passing them all together to deal with the landlord direct to get anything done. Had 4 drafts of the lease before they even wrote the address out correctly. The office staff was uptight and snobby to deal with, and accounting was just as much a joke. Sending late notices on rent
