My experience at ilovekickboxing has been amazing this past year that I've been going. It's such a welcoming and friendly community, and I can always count on getting in an amazing and worth while workout when I go in. I have found that my cardio and my strength has improved drastically over the past year and I am so happy with my results and my choice to join this gym! You should join too!

Amazing staff, they are friendly and helpful. I love how the classes are always switched up so it's not the same routine each time. Really great work out!

It's only been a week and I'm hooked (pun intended)!! I can't wait to see all the changes my body will go through and the new level of energy I will have. Best decision I ever made!

I truely do love kickboxing, however waiting for my first class to start I was sceptical. Could barely do 3 sit-ups....It was a life changing class and now I'm hooked. 23 classes later, with the encouragement, energy and smiles of the awesome crew....Bam 100 situps!! WOW is right !! ? Try just one class, and you will be hooked too ??

As a member of ILKB Vaughan I recommend this place. It is the best workout I have ever done, the instructors are amazing and nice, always ready to help you. I love it.
