    Great place to workout. Staff is welcoming and down to earth. Trainers are full of energy and super motivating. If you're looking for a full body workout, this is the place for you!

    Ilovekickboxing.c...

    Ilovekickboxing.com in Vaughan is a great place to get an incredible workout. The staff is so welcoming and not intimidating at all. When you walk in, the instructors greet you by name and chat with you if you have any questions or need help with form. They are always so encouraging and motivating which makes you want to come back class after class. The hour class always flies by leaving you feeling amazing!

    I have only been ...

    I have only been a member for over 1 week and I completely love it! I have a personal trainer full time at my regular gym and I to be honest I work out hard doing a kickboxing class. All the trainers are very motivating and will help you with no questions asked! I only purchased the 6 month package but I might just change my plan to the year package. Its fun and exciting everyone motivates each other. Its my kind of atmosphere.
