I was pretty skeptible at first about kick boxing but after the first couple classes you realize it's the real deal. Every class is something different and you never know what's next. The staff is great very helpful and approachable when you have an issue or question.

ilovekickboxing is by far the best full body workout! The classes are intense, fun and the energy all the instructors bring into the studio is amazing.

My first class was this past Monday October 31st, 2016. From the minute I stepped into the door I was greeted from such a welcoming team. I was motivated and pushed to do my very best. It was such an amazing experience to be in that group exercise dynamic - and it helps that I felt like such a beast with the awesome techniques that are used in this workout. I am now thrilled to be apart of the family and I can't wait to get to my next class!

The staff are fun and energetic but they push you for a great workout every time. You won't even notice the hour go by.
